A movement-based group that focuses on skills for stress management, emotional control, improvement of self-esteem, goal attainment, as well as deeper traumatic issues.

  • 4+ years marital arts training under Shifu Luo Li of O Mei Wushu USA; mentorship under Hung Long of the Long Style; Therapeutic Martial arts training with Dr. Eric Yuri Reznik, clinical psychologist.
